Whether you're preparing for your first GP appointment, waiting for fertility investigations, considering IVF, or simply trying to understand what happens next, this planner brings everything together in one place.​

 

Created by Andrea Dewhurst, The Period Acupuncturist, this guide combines NHS fertility guidance with the practical questions, checklists and trackers I wish every patient had at the start of their fertility journey.

 

Although written with patients in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire in mind, much of the information is relevant wherever you live in England.
